Changes at Silicon Optix’s Teranex Division
Orlando, Florida. (August 31st, 2007) – Jim Mannos, CEO of Silicon Optix has announced that effective September 1, 2007, the following organizational changes will become effective:
Jed Deame will assume a new high level position of VP, Video Technology, reporting to the CEO. In this role, Jed will focus on a number of critical Silicon Optix tasks including defining our video IP roadmap, driving our HQV branding efforts, representing Silicon Optix at government and related video-centric organizations, and be our Primetime Emmy® winning representative as we drive for market recognition of our best-in-class video technology.
Mike Poirier will become VP & General Manager of Teranex, also reporting to the CEO. Mike will focus on continuing to grow Teranex’s award winning products under both our own and OEM brands including the newly developed VC100 product line.
