For further assistance, please send an email to support@teranex.com that includes your name, company name, your product's model number and serial number. Feel free to provide as much information about your question or problem as you like. We like as much detail as you can offer, such as the types of input(s) you are using (e.g. SDSDI, HDSDI, analog, etc.), the format conversions you are using (e.g. 480i59.94 to 1080i59.94) and any information you have about the repeatability of the problem.
